The cabin is limited to a minimum of two-day stays on weekends. The space has 24-hour security detail.
The space
The log cabin is cozy and comfortable. The gardens are lovely and green during the rainy season. They are still nice but much drier Feb-Mar and Jul-Oct.
Guest access
The property has over 3km of trails for your walking pleasure. We recommend that you bring your hiking shoes as some of them are steep and some are rugged.

For the avid hikers we recommend a short drive to Kanzalu range. The hike there is moderately challenging and leads leads to a steep cliff at the top and lovely views. Other interesting places to visit in the vicinity are the Hyena caves and Kituluni Magic Hill. Additional details may be found in this listing's Airbnb guidebook.
Other things to note
The recommended route to the cabin is via Mombasa Road rather than Kangundo Road. This route also passes by the fascinating Kituluni Gravity Hill, where you can put your car in neutral gear and watch it roll uphill! We are happy to share Muskoka pin and route details upon booking.
